Plan your stay in Buenos Aires

Questions about the apartments, arrival times, parking or the neighbourhood are welcome before you reserve. The front desk is staffed around the clock, and telling us your expected arrival time in advance makes check-in considerably smoother for everyone involved.

If you are weighing up a studio against a one-bedroom apartment for a long stay, write or call and describe how you plan to use the space. It is a quicker conversation than reading six descriptions twice.

Email tends to be the easiest route for detailed questions about layouts, longer stays or larger groups, since the answer can include everything you need in one reply. The phone is better for anything time-sensitive on the day of arrival, when a message sitting in an inbox helps nobody.

Check-in

From 3:00 PM, with the desk staffed through the night for later arrivals. A photo ID and a credit card are required, the minimum check-in age is 18, and cash is not accepted as a payment method.

Check-out

Until 11:00 AM. Luggage can be left at the desk afterwards, so a late flight does not cost you the last day in the city and the final morning stays unhurried.

During the stay

Housekeeping services are not provided while you are staying, and a cleaning fee is charged at the end of the stay. The apartment is yours for the duration, which is what most guests on longer visits prefer.

Reserve your dates

When you are ready, reservations are handled through our booking page, and anything unusual about your arrival can be arranged with the desk afterwards by phone or email.

If your plans are still loose, write first and describe them. We would rather help you pick the right apartment than have you guess at it.
